Great HVAC Company! Down to earth, highly experienced, honest techs that care about their customers and are proactive to make sure my system is serviced operating as it should. I was blown away by how detailed they were when they serviced my AC system this spring. They took off every panel and made sure it was clean and operating to its peak performance. Today it was great to turn my heat on for the first time this season and know that Atlas had already been by to service it. It is really great being a customer of a company that really does care about taking care of their customers and don't just make you feel like just a number. Atlas an excellent company and I highly recommend them!
Atlas had a tech at my house in less than two hours from the time I called to diagnose my issue with my air-conditioning unit. John my tech that arrived was able to diagnose the issue right away. He was very helpful in explaining the process and providing options.

Excellent, excellent service!! We called Ross first thing this morning because our AC went out, and he came out so quickly and replaced the capacitor by lunchtime!! Very very pleased with the service and highly recommend! Support local, small business!. Adding my 2nd review here: our AC went out again (because of new issues unrelated to our first repair a few weeks ago), and Stephen came out within a couple hours, same day and fixed everything! You can’t ask for better service! I’m sending everybody to Atlas for HVAC needs!
We have experienced issues with our ac unit for years with minimal result. Decided to try Atlas as they were recommended. John identified the problem and corrected the issue! We are thankful to have found such an honest and professional company to meet our AC unit needs.

John was able to make time and come assess our problem within a few hours. His communication was great as to his arrival time. He provided a quick assessment and was able to promptly address the issue. He provided a detailed explanation of the issue and the options to resolve. No sales pressure which is a huge plus. Provided a reasonable estimate of the long term solution. He was very friendly and respectful while in our house. Will definitely work with Atlas and John in the future!

**If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had then come back to fix my A/C due to power surge issue. It was 97 degrees in my house and they worked me in to get me back up and running! I cannot thank them enough for working my family into their schedule. We greatly appreciate it! If you need maintenance, repair, new system definitely reach out to these guys!!!!!!. Steven and Ross are amazing! They have more than 10 years of experience and it shows. They asked questions regarding the issues with the unit and followed up with a thorough inspection of my unit. They also took the time to explain and show me what's wrong with the unit and how much it would cost to fix it. They did NOT add any additional unnecessary maintenance to my repair as a pervious company had done. The parts were order during my service call and my maintenance appointment scheduled. I needed fast service and they definitely delivered! If you're looking for knowledgeable and courteous technicians these are your guys!!! I will definitely be signing up for their no hassle maintenance plan! Thank you!!!!
John was fantastic! He fixed my AC system by replacing a part for $290 when a competing company told me my compressor was out and wanted to charge me $18,000 for a new system. Thanks John for saving me all that money!
Ross and Steven came out to diagnose and fix our AC unit within several hours of me calling. At no point did I feel like I was pressured in making a crazy purchase. Ross was able to explain my options and the pros and cons of each unit that I needed. Even the timeline to replace my unit is acceptable. All of this was done within three days. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Fair pricing, great service and we look forward to them servicing our units going forward. Atlas has now installed a new system for our bonus room.
